Who we are?
Yume Holdings is a long-term infrastructure platform building vertically integrated operating systems across essential industries in emerging markets.

  • We begin with operational control.
  • We structure financial layers on observed transaction data.
  • We scale through disciplined capital allocation.
Structural inefficiency creates structural opportunity
The problem
Fragmented supply chains.
Capital deployed without operational visibility.
Throughput prioritized over profitability.
Stable demand — inefficient allocation.
Our Model
We integrate operations to generate proprietary transaction data — enabling structured, underwriteable financial infrastructure.

  1. Execution before capital.
  2. Structure before scale.
  3. Data before leverage.
  4. Discipline before expansion.

OPERATING PRINCIPLES
Before capital deployment, scale, or expansion, we operate under six non-negotiable principles:
1
Execution Before Capital:
We prioritize operational control and performance before introducing financial leverage.
2
Structure Before Scale:
We institutionalize processes, governance, and reporting before pursuing expansion.
3
Data Before Leverage:
Capital decisions are grounded in observed transaction data and real operating performance.
4
Discipline Before Expansion:
Growth follows operational stability and cash flow visibility — never the opposite.
5
Long-Term Capital:
We align with patient capital partners committed to durable value creation.
6
Strategic Alignment:
Every partnership, investment, and expansion is evaluated through long-term structural fit.
LONG-TERM VISION
We build resilient infrastructure platforms designed to endure across market cycles and compound value over decades.
Each platform operates independently, governed by shared discipline, capital structure, and strategic oversight. A
global platform. Born in Mexico.

Along this journey, he has traveled to more than 70 countries studying food systems, supply chains, and economic structures across diverse regions.

At Yume Holdings, Marco leads the long-term vision of building scalable infrastructure platforms beginning with agriculture and expanding into additional sectors over time, applying disciplined operational frameworks and system thinking to structurally fragmented markets.
